Our 10 Stages of Cleaning
1. Pre-Vacuuming
If required, we vacuum to lift any dry soil and debris.
2. Pre-Treat all areas
We use our most suitable chemical for the job at hand. Generally using our industry leading powered by microbes, enzymes and natural plant derivatives.
3. Targeted Spot Treatment
Extra time is spent on the more stubborn stains.
4. DEODORISING Treatment
If required, we use additional deodorising agents to remove smells such as urine.
5. Mechanical Agitation
Using our floor machine or hand drill, we ensure the product reached the bottom of the fibres to clean beyond where you can see.
6. Repeat Targeting Spot Treatment
If required, additional focus is put onto tougher stains in preparation for the next process.
7. Extraction Clean
Our Extraction machine is used with the relevant attachments for the job at hand.
Our Machine can give up to a triple vacuum, 100-1200psi of pressure, plus temperatures up to 90’c depending on what we’re cleaning.
This lifts and removes the dirt and pathogens from the carpet, flooring or furniture.
8. Post Clean Inspection
The team all check that nothing has been missed, if any stains are still present we repeat the processes until we’re confident it’s either removed or faded as much as we can.
9. Final Rinse & Extraction
This rinses the material to ensure all chemical is removed and as much moisture is removed as possible to quicken up the drying times.

We ensure all carpets and hard floors are dry before we leave. This is mainly in the extraction process, however we will use fans is we need to.
Furniture can take longer - drying times are confirmed on a case by case basis. We will extract as much as we can to minimise the drying time.
We take plenty of photos and videos during the clean. We then put a report together on our findings and results, along with photos and videos so you can see the before and after of your results. We check you’re happy with the results before we leave site, but the report gives you another opportunity to feedback to us to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
